Keep Your Fingers Crossed

After a couple stressful days of trying to get my form re-done it is finally fixed and on its way to Milana's country. We are hoping that this time the officials will be pleased with the wording of it so that we can be submitted next week.

The bright side of all of this is that it was one of the easier forms to have re-done. So I am thankful for that. It would have been nice to not have to re-do any, but so far that has not been my experience. I have done and re-done so many forms that none of this should really surprise me.

I think the frustrating part is that we really just want to get over there to meet Milana and begin the process of adopting her in country. There is still so much to do and we all want more than anything to get this sweet girl home to us.

  1. Yeah! I'll see what I can do on my end. Maybe I'll head over to the SDA and put in a good word for you. ha ha. Wish it were that easy but as we all know, redeeming the life of a child can be quite difficult...but oh, so rewarading!

Hang in there! Your time is coming very soon!
